Villa Villekula - Norwegian Edition

On Friday February 22nd from 7pm, the Norwegian fashion designer Damien Fredriksen Ravn offers a traditional dinner "deep-rooted family recipes from above the polar circle" from his native Oslo.

Entree// smoked norwegian salmon rolls with salmon mousse served with flat bread, mustard sauce, dill and aquavit.

Main// rosemary and thyme baked leg of lamb served with honey-glased vegetables, unpeeled almond potatoes, mashed peas, brown sauce and lingonberry jam.

Dessert// my grandma’s homemade white chocolate ice cream served with cherry sauce and ‘kransekake’.
